Lucky Dragon Hyson

This classic green tea is Young Hyson, which translates to “flourishing spring.” Traditionally, Hyson referred to old and medium leaves (the leaves below the new growing shoots at the top of the bush). Young was added to denote tea made from new shoots/leaves, which is better quality and better tasting.
